Hi! My name is Maggie Sullivan and I am the founder of Walk Along Wellness.
Years before the concept of Walk Along Wellness, I started a company that was more than just a business, it was about embracing a lifestyle that revolved around health and wellness.
It was the culmination of years of surfing, travel and practicing yoga, where whole body wellness was developed from movement and connection with nature.
It's about what you do on a daily basis and how you do it: consistency, commitment and dedication. No matter where you go, there you are, and when the mindset of healthy living is established from a place of curiosity, joy and fun, exercise is no longer a chore, but a way of life.
Through a series of events that led me to achieving athletic goals, a deeper dive into a meditation practice and enrolling in a course for health & wellness coaching, I found an avenue to walk alongside people looking for long-term sustainable change through microshifts in their daily lives.
At the foundation of the human experience is the relationships we form with the world around us. My hope is for people to embrace life with open arms, Re-establish and strengthen their relationships, find the extraordinary in the ordinary, and achieve the best versions of themselves.
